Marketing Enablement Manager Summary:

Chetu is seeking a full-time, experienced Marketing Enablement Manager to oversee and drive accountability across the Marketing Department. This strategic role will be responsible for defining, tracking, and reporting all KPIs and OKRs for the team, ensuring cross-functional compliance with established processes, and producing executive-ready dashboards and leaderboards. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker and process-driven leader with strong communication skills and a passion for driving marketing performance.

Compensation Structure:

• Package Range $65K - $80K

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Reporting

• Own the development, tracking, and communication of all marketing KPIs and OKRs
• Build and manage dashboards and leaderboards to visualize performance across campaigns, initiatives, and teams
• Partner with department heads to review goal progress, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions
• Standardize reporting processes to ensure transparency and data integrity across marketing functions

Enablement & Process Compliance

• Develop and maintain documentation for all core marketing processes and procedures
• Monitor and ensure team-wide compliance with enablement guidelines and workflows
• Coordinate and lead training sessions to improve process adherence and performance visibility
• Act as the point of contact for marketing enablement tools and systems

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, HR, Admin, and Development to align on interdepartmental metrics
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for internal tools related to marketing enablement and reporting
• Provide strategic insights to stakeholders based on performance data and enablement trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, performance analytics, or enablement roles
• Demonstrated experience in setting and tracking KPIs/OKRs and managing dashboards
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Experience in the technology industry and/or project management a plus
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus Bachelor's degree required.
