Growth Marketing Manager
About The Role:
We’re looking for a high-performing, data-driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead and scale non-traditional user acquisition channels through creative and impact-driven partnerships. From sports and music to OEMs (i.e. mobile carriers), you’ll be at the front lines of shaping how we grow Paysend’s footprint across the US–LAC corridors. by building and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and achieve shared objectives. You’ll build partnerships that don’t just generate awareness, they drive business growth and achieve shared objectives. You’ll overcome red tape, align stakeholders across borders, and figure out the “how” even when the “what” isn’t fully defined. This is a highly strategic, hands-on
role for someone who knows how to get things done and make things happen
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end execution of key commercial and growth partnerships, from idea to launch to reporting
- Identify and evaluate non-traditional UA opportunities (grassroots, community-based, bundled media, rewards-based ecosystems)
- Develop joint business cases with partners that balance user growth, CPA efficiency, and brand impact
- Manage cross-functional alignment across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Product,
Marketing, and external stakeholders - Act as a key connector between local growth initiatives and global marketing efforts, ensuring alignment while advocating for region-specific impact.
- Track and analyze KPIs: CPA, MAU, install-to-transfer funnel, and conversion impact
- Design, implement, and optimize incentive mechanics, promo codes, and cohort tracking
- Act as primary point of contact with partners, ensuring campaign momentum, creative assets, budgets, and optimization cycles
- Lead negotiating partnership terms and commercial agreements that balance impact, efficiency, and long-term value.
- Build scalable playbooks that allow these partnerships to expand into other markets
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
- Have 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development or
partnerships, ideally in fintech, telco, retail media or cross-border/e-comm. - Are highly data-driven, yet comfortable navigating ambiguity and “figuring it out”
- Have a strong track record of launching multi-stakeholder, performance-based
partnerships - Thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment where things change quickly
- Are an exceptional communicator, and are keen to manage up and engage different
teams. - Are passionate about inclusion and building products that solve real problems for underserved communities
Would be a plus:
- Experience with carrier marketing, Rewards programs, or co-branded integrations
- Familiarity with LatAm remittance behavior and/or community engagement in diaspora markets
- Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency
