Are you an experienced pharmacist who is passionate about patient care and ready to take the next step into pharmacy ownership?

We are seeking a pharmacist with experience in customer service, non-sterile, sterile compounding, retails, LTC who is interested in becoming a business owner without the challenges and risks of building a pharmacy from the ground up and massive initial financial investment.

This is a rare opportunity to partner in an established, independently owned pharmacy with an existing customer base, operational systems, and strong community presence. You'll have the opportunity to grow the business, expand services, and build equity while avoiding the uncertainty of a startup.

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing in Florida
• Strong clinical judgements and well-rounded skills
• Quick adaptor of new technologies and ability to leverage and implement technology to improve workflow, patient care, and pharmacy operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Strong business acumen
• Persevere and motivated to help grow and innovate an independent pharmacy
• Goal-oriented
