Research Network Administrator Survey (Virtual)
Job Summary
The Research Network Administrator Survey (Virtual) supports research projects by coordinating online surveys, maintaining participant databases, ensuring data quality, and communicating with research participants and investigators. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with survey and data management tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, distribute, and monitor online surveys.
- Recruit and communicate with study participants.
- Maintain research databases and participant records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality.
- Generate reports and summarize survey results.
- Coordinate with research teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to survey platforms.
- Schedule virtual meetings and assist with research projects.
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and privacy regulations.
Typical Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Psychology, Healthcare, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, REDCap, SurveyMonkey, or similar tools.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of research ethics and data privacy is often preferred.
