Trueline is seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to join their team in Naples, FL . This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Trust and Estate planning to take on a visible and valued support role in a fast-paced legal environment.

Must Haves as the Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Trust and Estate planning support
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters

What You'll Do as the Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

  • Prepare, revise, and finalize legal correspondence, pleadings, and documents related to Trust and Estate matters
  • Manage document organization, including indexing, updating meeting materials, and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Draft routine legal forms such as deposition notices and legal invoices
  • Reprioritize tasks and deadlines to meet the needs of a dynamic team
  • Handle confidential client and firm information with discretion and professionalism

Nice to Haves as the Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

  • Familiarity with legal billing software or document management systems
  • Experience supporting multiple attorneys or high-volume legal teams
  • Prior law firm experience in estate, probate, or elder law practices
