Maintenance Supervisor
Seacrest Services is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and oversee the maintenance operations of our community property. This full-time, hands-on leadership role is ideal for candidates with strong irrigation experience who are passionate about maintaining high standards of property care. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, attractive, and well-maintained, while providing guidance and support to the maintenance team. Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and provide direction to maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform and oversee general property maintenance and repairs, including minor plumbing and carpentry tasks.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair irrigation systems as a top priority.
- Assist with pressure cleaning, painting, and other property maintenance projects as needed.
- Maintain familiarity with the property's central systems and ensure their proper functioning.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to professional standards.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and participate in regular property inspections.
- Support the Property Manager with property needs and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with irrigation systems is required.
- Previous experience in property maintenance and team supervision.
- Knowledge of general maintenance and repair practices, including minor plumbing and carpentry.
- Familiarity with central building/property systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team while participating in hands-on work.
- Comfortable using technology for work-related tasks.
- Effective English communication skills.
Compensation
$28.00 per hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
