In product management, you will be the general manager of commercial and internal products. You will sit at the intersection of the business, user experience, and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design, develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a product’s lifecycle including modifications, upgrades, maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products, it also includes commercialization, go-to-market planning, sales, and other key business support activities.

The Opportunity
As part of the Product Management team, you will oversee the delivery of transformative technology initiatives that enhance client experiences. As a Manager, you will guide multidisciplinary teams, translating business needs into actionable strategies while mentoring junior staff to cultivate their skills. What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience leading transformation programs

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
