Estimated Duration: 4+ months with possible extensions
Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client.

Required:
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in user experience, process improvement, quality management or a related field (5 years);
• Experience working in a corporate environment (5 years);
• Experience with Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles and their application in digital projects;
• Experience developing and executing digital strategies aligned with business goals;
• Experience with digital strategy tools;
• Project management experience;
• Journey mapping, process development experience;
• Experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles;
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods usability testing in particular;
• Experience with Information Architecture (organizing and structuring content to enhance the user experience);
• Depth of experience in software development delivery/execution, especially within an agile framework;
• Experience having worked within cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders;
• Account management experience, such that they're able to help manage the personalities as much as the work itself;
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field.

Preferred:
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification with demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality methodologies.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives;
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements and eliminate waste in experience design workflows;
• Implement data-driven approaches to measure and optimize user experience outcomes;
• Collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to shape and drive a proactive strategic application vision;
• Partner with the Experience Architecture team to create and maintain HCD delivery driven process maps;
• Serve as an advocate to the needs of business partners and translate them into digital strategies;
• Facilitate communication between business partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
