Your Role as Multi-Slide Line:

The Multi-Slide Line position involves building door panels while adhering to safety, quality, and production standard processes. This role requires strong teamwork skills to ensure efficient and effective production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble panels according to specifications and production standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Production Manager promptly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What You Need to Succeed:

✔ Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

✔ Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Work Environment:

• The role is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery and equipment noise.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
