Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward functional goals
• Perform therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
• Document patient evaluations, daily treatment notes, and progress reports in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and facilitate safe discharge planning

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical physical therapy experience
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy assignment experience
• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based physical therapy setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
