Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dispatcher role based in Orlando, FL. The Dispatcher will coordinate and schedule transportation logistics, monitor routes, and communicate effectively with the Administration Director and field staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Responsibilities include handling client requests via email, phone calls, etc., scheduling field staff appointments, addressing logistical challenges, client data entry, utilizing client management software, and documenting operational activities. In addition, the Dispatcher will collaborate with various HVAC vendors including ordering, tracking, and receiving parts and equipment. The Dispatcher will work closely with team members to maintain operational efficiency and provide excellent support to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and written communication
• Proficiency in using dispatch software (Service Fusion is a plus) and other logistical tools
• Problem-solving skills and responsiveness to unexpected situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Familiarity with transportation routes, regulations, and scheduling is a plus
• Prior work experience in a dispatch or logistics coordination role is an advantage
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
