Professional Moving Team Member – Leadership Track – $20–$28/hr

We are building a strong moving team ahead of busy season.

This is a physically demanding, team-based role for dependable individuals who want consistent work, strong tip potential, and a clear path to leadership.

All new hires start as a Wingman. Leadership roles are earned through performance, reliability, and demonstrated accountability.

If you show up on time, work hard, protect customer property, and take pride in your performance, you will have the opportunity to advance.

Compensation & Benefits

1. Wingman: $15/hr base + tips
2. Crew Leader (Captain – promoted from within): $17/hr base + tips + performance bonuses
3. Realistic earnings: $20–$28/hr for strong performers

What You’ll Do

1. Arrive with proper uniform, food, and hydration
2. Work on residential and commercial moving projects
3. Safely handle and transport furniture and household goods
4. Support a 2–4 person crew on job sites
5. Deliver professional, respectful customer service
6. Protect homes, property, trucks, and equipment
7. Demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and willingness to take direction

This is not light work. It requires stamina, focus, and teamwork.

Advancement Path

All Captains are promoted from within.

To be considered for promotion, you must demonstrate:

1. Consistent punctuality
2. Zero preventable damage
3. Strong customer feedback
4. Ability to lead by example
5. Mastery of procedures and job-site execution

Leadership is earned through performance.

Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years old
2. Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly as part of a team
3. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb stairs, and perform repetitive motions
4. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
5. Comfortable working long shifts
6. Reliable transportation
7. Professional appearance and communication
8. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for future promotion to Captain)
9. Eligible to work in the U.S.
10. Able to pass background screening; drug screening may be required

Preferred but not required:

1. Athletic or competitive background
2. Experience in physically demanding work
3. Previous crew or team leadership experience
4. Weekend availability

3. Anyone unwilling to be held accountable for performance and standards
