Commercial Fixture Installer

: Position Overview/Purpose: The Commercial Fixture Installer will be responsible for providing installation services to our clients. They will take direction from an on-site lead and install new fixtures, displays, and hang signage in new and remodeled store. All works is to be performed in an efficient manner emphasizing precision, accuracy, and attention to detail while adhering to Key Installation standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Travel is EXTENSIVE. Travel can be for 2 to 4 weeks at a time.
• Review project packets prior to all assignments for details of what each project will entail.
• Use construction knowledge to read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material and tool requirements.
• Assemble and install fixtures, displays and signage.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry work with high attention to detail and quality.
• Perform fixture installations in large retail environments (Resets, Remodels and New Store Set-Ups) as well as some smaller scaled "refresh" projects. Most work is performed indoors, may have limited climate control.
• Use analytical skills and good attention to detail to determine how to build new structures and make repairs to existing one.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and organized work area.
• Responsible for care and cleanliness of work equipment and work vehicles.
• Meet weekly production goals per assigned project.
• Demonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrity.
• Work in a safe manner and follow all safety policies while performing job duties.

• Willingness to work both overnight and day shifts per client requirements.
• Normally under supervision and takes direction from a Team Lead.
• Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient, professional manner and be a self-starter.
• Knowledge, understanding and accurate application of installation and merchandising processes.
• Ability to multi-task while interpreting a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or scheduled form.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Valid Driver's License.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Traveling will be required 90% of the time.
• Two (2) years applicable experience preferred.
• Ability to complete labor intensive duties for 8+ hour shifts.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, pull, push and lift materials up to 50 - 70 lbs.
• General knowledge of various types of equipment and the ability to work with little or no supervision is required.
