Registered Nurse Manager - Critical Care

Advance your RN career as Nurse Manager of Critical Care in a respected acute care hospital serving Seminole and West Volusia County. You will oversee both ICU (16-beds) and PCU (15-beds) and guiding a team of 48 nurses in delivering exceptional patient outcomes!!

Position: RN Nurse Manager of Critical Care (ICU & PCU)

Shift: Full-Time | Days (7am–4pm, flexible for leadership needs) - 24/7 and must be available to respond to calls.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU & PCU.
• Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive team culture.
• Oversee quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning with physicians and case management.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.

Compensation:

Salary Range : UP to 110K (15 years of experience) (Pay strongly based on years of experience)

Sign on: No Sign on bonus

Requirements

Qualifications:

• RN or APRN – Diploma or associate degree (BSN preferred).
• Experience – 3+ years recent acute care leadership (ICU focus).
• Certifications – NIH Stroke Scale (30 days), BLS (30 days), ACLS & PALS/ENPC (6 months).
• Leadership Style – Proactive, strong communicator, hands-on leader.
