Job Description Are you passionate about events and looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the events industry, supporting the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events and activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Help manage event logistics, including venue selection and setup.
• Support event registration processes and guest communications.
• Maintain schedules and deadlines for event-related tasks and projects.
• Assist with on-site event management, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or event management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of event planning processes and industry trends.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse groups
