Business Litigation Attorney (Commercial & Complex Disputes)

Orlando, FL | $170K–$250K | Prestigious 116‑Year‑Old Florida Firm

A confidential, highly respected Florida law firm—one of the state's oldest and most prestigious, with 275+ attorneys across 8 offices—is seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience to join its growing Orlando office.

This role offers a research‑ and writing‑heavy litigation seat working directly with several of the firm's top Orlando rainmakers on complex business disputes for developers, contractors, hospitality clients, and Fortune 500 companies.

The firm is in active expansion mode, planning to add 100–125 attorneys over the next five years, and this position sits on a true partnership track with meaningful client interaction and low bureaucracy.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and complex legal memoranda
• Conduct deep legal research on commercial disputes
• Manage cases with real autonomy and direct client interaction
• Work closely with multiple partner groups in a collaborative, low‑hierarchy environment
• Support litigation strategy for developers, contractors, hospitality clients, and major corporations

Experience

• 3–7 years of business/commercial litigation experience
• Experience at a reputable regional or national firm
• Florida Bar membership (required)
• Strong academic credentials and/or strong firm pedigree
• Stable employment history (no pattern of short stints)
