SALES AND LEASING SPECIALIST

Randstad is looking for a high-performing Sales & Leasing Specialist to join a leading communications tower company in a role where your closing skills directly drive company growth. This is a dynamic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a high-volume transactional environment and possesses a unique blend of sales and analytical experience. This is a direct hire, permanent opportunity paying a base salary of $48k + 15% annual bonus + per deal commission structure (On target earnings = $70k-$75k in first year). Additionally the company offers a benefits package and fully remote work environment. Candidates should have some phone sales experience closing financial deals such as mortgage, structured settlements, personal loans, etc. Although this is a remote opportunity, candidates must live in Florida, Texas, California or Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Deal Origination & Closing: Drive the acquisition of land/lease extensions and rent mitigations to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Negotiation Mastery: Maintain a high closing ratio across opportunities while ensuring transactions move swiftly through designated cycle times.
• CRM & Data Management: Update and utilize Salesforce and DataTree to manage your pipeline and provide accurate closing forecasts to senior leadership.
• Stakeholder Presentation: Prepare and deliver professional written, verbal, and video presentations tailored to site-owners.
• Full-Cycle Administration: Coordinate the execution of legal and financial documents via Docusign and manage all closing administrative elements to ensure timely document returns.
• Marketing Initiatives: Participate in strategic lead generation, including cold calling and mass mailing campaigns to build your transaction pipeline.
