Bartender
Set to debut at the iconic Bal Harbour Shops in 2026, Slim’s is a steakhouse concept from renowned restaurateur Stephen Starr , whose Miami favorites such as Makoto, Le Zoo, and Pastis have become synonymous with style and exceptional dining. At Slim’s, the timeless allure of a classic steakhouse meets the cinematic glamour of old Hollywood, brought to life through lush leather seating, vintage-inspired art, and an atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting. With prime cuts, expertly crafted cocktails, and Starr’s signature attention to every detail, Slim’s is poised to become the next must-visit destination in Miami’s luxury dining scene.
Slim’s is in search of Bartenders with strong wine knowledge and experience in making classic and craft cocktails with care, consistency, and pride.

Desired candidates will have:
- 3+ years of experience as bartender or mixologist in an upscale high-volume restaurant
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player personality
- A strong understanding of wine varietals and craft and classic cocktails
- A genuine eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality to all guests
- Willingness to take direction and desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Professional, polished, and personable demeanor
- Responsibly serving alcohol and accurate cash handling are a must
- A strong desire to be a part of a dynamic team
