We’re hiring an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) in Fort Walton Beach, Florida who wants strong team support, high-acuity experience, and competitive pay with shift differentials.

You’ll step into a private-room ICU role focused on critically ill medical and surgical patients, including ventilated cases and vasoactive drips. This is a high-acuity environment with strong physician collaboration and visible leadership presence on the unit.

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly pay: $26.40 to $36.30, up to $39.60 with 18+ years of experience
• $4.25 per hour night differential plus $1.50 specialty differential
• $10,000 sign-on bonus for days or $15,000 sign-on bonus for nights
