CH2M Hill, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Management Professional Associate to work in Miami, FL and various unanticipated worksites in the US.

Responsibilities include:

Program Support and Coordination Support the overall coordination of multiple projects within a capital program, with a focus on horizontal, vertical and infrastructure scopes (e.g., roads, drainage, utilities). Assist in maintaining program-level tracking tools, including schedules, budgets, and reporting dashboards. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Technical Review and Engineering Support Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications for consistency and compliance with program standards. Provide engineering support during design and construction phases, including field verifications and constructability reviews. Assist with tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, and QA/QC documentation. Schedule and Budget Monitoring Help monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks or variances for escalation to senior staff. Support the development of earned value and progress reports at the project and program levels. Assist with processing invoices, tracking commitments, and supporting cost control efforts. Documentation and Reporting Maintain up-to-date documentation records, ensuring accurate filing of project correspondence, submittals, and approvals. Prepare technical reports, progress summaries, and presentation materials as needed for internal and client use. Support data collection and analysis efforts for program reporting and stakeholder communication. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Interface with contractors, consultants, and client representatives under the direction of the Program Manager. Help coordinate with local agencies, utility providers, and permitting authorities as needed. Risk and Issue Tracking Support the identification and documentation of project risks and mitigation measures. Assist in monitoring outstanding issues and following up to ensure timely resolution. Field and Site Support Participate in field visits to observe project progress, support inspections, and gather information for reporting. Coordinate with field staff and construction teams to ensure alignment with engineering and program requirements.

Hybrid schedule is allowed.

TRAVEL: 60% travel to visit client sites.

Here's what you'll need

REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field and 4 years of work experience in the job offered or related Program/Project Management occupation.

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Expertise and knowledge of: Project Management Systems: Proficient in Kahua, Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, and Basecamp for scheduling, budgeting, and document control. Contract & Grant Administration: Specialized in FEMA funds, CMAR, DBE, DB, Progressive Design, and O&M contract structures for federally funded infrastructure programs. Regulatory & Permitting Compliance: Advanced knowledge of EPA standards and permitting processes including NPDES, DWGP, PFAs, Lead & Copper Rules, SIUs, and land application systems. BIM & CAD Tools: Skilled in AutoDesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, Revizto, AutoCAD, Civil3D, and MicroStation for design coordination, interface management, and clash detection. Geospatial & Surveying Technologies: Experienced with ArcGIS, hydraulic modeling, and drone-based surveying using Skydio X10, Pix4D, DroneDeploy, and RTK/PPK workflows. Data Analytics & AI Platforms: Proficient in Power BI, Palantir, and Microsoft 365 Copilot for data visualization, predictive modeling, and operational insights. Engineering Document Review: Conducts technical reviews of engineering plans, specifications, and permitting documents to ensure constructability and regulatory compliance.

The base salary range for this position is $124,946.00 to $126,700.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
