**Key Responsibilities:**

* Create and execute integrated marketing strategies for SMB audiences
* Run digital campaigns (SEM, paid social, email) from ideation through optimization
* Develop compelling content—case studies, webinars, thought-leadership pieces
* Analyze funnel metrics and iterate to improve CAC and lead quality
* Synchronize closely with Sales to ensure message-to-market fit
* Manage budget, agency partners, and creative resources for maximum ROI
* Lead client workshops that translate strategy into actionable marketing plans
* Keep abreast of fintech and recovery-industry trends to fuel innovation

**Requirements:**

* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally serving fintech or professional-services
* Proven success running ROI-positive digital campaigns
* Fluency with HubSpot/Marketo or comparable automation stacks
* Strong leadership and project-management chops in distributed teams
* Exceptional storytelling and copy-writing skills
* Data-first mindset with comfort in GA4 and attribution tooling
* Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Previous work with small-business customer segments highly valued
