Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Demonstrated leadership skills essential for managing a successful dental program.
- Sensitivity towards the challenges faced by migrant and seasonal farmworkers, coupled with a passion for preventive and public health.
- Holds a DDS or DMD degree from a recognized School of Dentistry.
- Possesses an active Florida State License.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience within a Migrant/Community Health Center setting.
- Willingness to commute between two locations, specifically Ft. Pierce and Indiantown, is required.
