Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available at a middle school in Milton, FL, offering an excellent opportunity to provide targeted support to a small caseload of students. This contract role spans the current school year and is ideal for an SLP looking for a focused, manageable schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individual speech and language therapy sessions, with two students on the caseload
- Conducting weekly 30-minute sessions per student, totaling 1 hour each week
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to monitor student progress
- Documenting therapy outcomes and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school policies
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working with middle school-aged students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
