Regional Marketing & Events Manager South Florida

Position Overview
Priddy Spaces is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and results-driven Regional Marketing & Events Manager to support our South Florida locations. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads through digital marketing, growing event revenue, and enhancing the overall member experience across multiple locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast- paced, hospitality-driven environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, including marketing strategist, event sales professional, and community ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Management

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with CRM and sales pipelines
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Create and publish engaging social media content
  • Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries
  • Promote events, member success stories, and location highlights
  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms

Event Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively sell event space for corporate and community functions
  • Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Manage event inquiries, proposals, and bookings
  • Achieve monthly event revenue targets

Event Planning & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute member-focused events such as networking mixers, lunch-and-learns, and speaker series
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics, and hospitality execution
  • Serve as on-site host for key events
  • Strengthen member engagement and retention

Operational Support

  • Provide coverage support at locations when staffing needs arise
  • Assist with tours, onboarding, and member services
  • Ensure consistent service standards across locations

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years experience in marketing, event sales, or hospitality
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
