We are looking for a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team in Homestead, Florida. This contract position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and experience in managing administrative tasks related to property operations. The role involves handling various financial, leasing, and operational responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient property management.
Responsibilities:• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Manage billing functions and assist with budget preparation and tracking.
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to maintain financial records.
• Support leasing activities by acting as a liaison between tenants and management.
• Coordinate and monitor daily property operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Maintain CRM systems to track tenant communications and update property-related information.
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Provide administrative support for property management activities, including documentation and record keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and resolve tenant concerns.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and standards related to property management.• Proven experience with accounting functions, including AP and AR processes.
• Proficiency in using accounting software systems such as JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and financial services applications like ADP.
• Strong understanding of budget processes and billing procedures.
• Background in leasing or property management is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication skills for managing tenant and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
