Bilingual Customer Specialist

What we're looking for:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.

• Exceptional attention to detail, empathy, professionalism, and reliability.

• A strong commitment to punctuality.

Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location: Hollywood, FL

Responsibilities

• Process and manage information received via phone, email, and chat, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Handle and resolve inquiries efficiently, escalating issues to relevant departments when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

• Maintain accurate records by precisely inputting customer information, claims, and other essential data into company systems.

• Create and manage various documents, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, for word processing and spreadsheet tasks.

• Conduct thorough research to support data accuracy and informational requests.

• Prepare data for reports and assist with various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency.

• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.

• Ensure timely mail delivery through a meticulously organized tracking system.

• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
