Termite and Mosquito Tech Supervisor

In this role, you'll put your leadership skills to work, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. With a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, competitive pay of $20 - $25/hour , and fantastic benefits, this is your chance to take the next step in your career!

THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Here's what we need from you:

• High school degree or equivalent (college preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multitask
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution skills
• Ability to operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
• Proven track record in achieving sales results
• Strong organizational skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing exams
• Ability to work 40+ hours/week
• Availability after hours (including weekends/holidays)
• Current driver's license and a clean driving record
• Industry experience (preferred)

You are pivotal in maintaining smooth operations and delivering top-notch service. From prioritizing tasks to overseeing appointment scheduling and service tickets, your organizational skills shine. Daily check-ins with your team ensure they're fully equipped and ready to go.

Your knack for conflict resolution and communication ensures exceptional experiences for both team members and customers. Plus, you'll provide invaluable coaching, training, and support, always ready to lend a hand in the field to ensure coverage and success in achieving monthly performance goals alongside the Branch Manager!
