Job Overview:

We are ACTIVELY HIRING A FEW highly motivated amp; experienced Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for closing deals, cultivating relationships with Collectors, and building a “Client Book.” This is a full-time career opportunity with potential for growth amp; advancement within our company.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide a tailored experience
• · Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• · MUST BE SELF-MOTIVATED amp; HAVE A GREAT WORK ETHIC
• · Collaborate with the Sales Managers to develop new strategies to improve your sales processes
• · Strive to create an enriching experience for investors, collectors, and history enthusiasts alike, fostering a deeper connection with the remarkable stories embedded in each coin.
• · Teachable – Must have the willingness to learn the industry and become a Numismatic Expert

Qualifications :

• · High school diploma or equivalent required
• ·1-2 years of Proven Phone Sales Experience
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• · STRONG NEGOTIATION amp; CLOSING SKILLS
• · Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• · Strong time management amp; organizational skills

Details amp; Compensation

• · Salary ( Base ) + 15% Commission ( NOT training pay, NOT a draw, and NOT the greater of the two)

o Paid Weekly

o Daily/Weekly – Cash Spiffs

o Year 1 - OTE : $50k - $70k ( Average Reps)

o Year 1 - OTE : $60k - $85k ( Very Obtainable with a little hard work )

o OTE Year 2 – $80k - $100k (No reason you should not be over $100k every year

• · HOURS : Monday–Thursday: (9:30am – 4:30pm) amp; Friday: (9:30am – 2:30pm)

o HALF DAY – FRIDAYS ( Out of the office by 2:30pm or EARLIER )
