What You'll Do

As a server at Ocala Downtown Diner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and seating guests with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
- Handling payments and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient service flow.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a server or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
