Document Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for print production and tech troubleshooting? We are looking for a Document Services & Equipment Specialist to run our copy center operations and manage office assets. You will be the go-to person for high-volume print jobs, data tracking, and keeping our fleet equipment running smoothly.

salary: $18 - $19 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Print Production & Finishing: Receive, review, and log customer print jobs. Run high-volume printers, copiers, and finishing gear (cutters, laminators, hole punchers) to deliver top-quality results.

• Fleet Equipment Support: Perform basic operator maintenance, clear paper jams, replenish toner, and coordinate with service technicians for advanced repairs.

• Data & Inventory Management: Maintain supply inventories and track office assets in our database. Quality-check digital files, integrate variable data into templates, and index materials for future use.

• Logistics & Admin: Walk between five campus buildings to distribute paper and supplies, collect meter reads, and maintain logs for billing. Drive to our nearby Hialeah site as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:
