HVAC Service │Field Manager

Summary:
Peachy Keen is seeking a dynamic HVAC Service Manager to lead our growing team of technicians and deliver exceptional service to our high-end clientele. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, team development, and customer satisfaction across our HVAC division. Peachy Keen is a customer-focused home services company dedicated to providing exceptional Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Clean Water Filtration, and Air Quality Solutions & Heating Services. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and mentor HVAC technicians
• Conduct performance reviews and set improvement goals
• Foster a culture of professionalism, pride, and continuous learning

Operations Management

• Schedule and oversee service calls, installations, and maintenance
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize technician assignments
• Monitor KPIs including response time, job completion, and customer feedback

Technical Oversight

• Provide hands-on support for complex diagnostics and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Stay current with HVAC technologies and best practices

Customer Experience

• Handle escalated service issues with empathy and urgency
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and trust
• Promote service agreements and generate leads for new business

Inventory & Budgeting

• Manage parts inventory and equipment needs
• Track departmental expenses and contribute to budget planning
• Ensure timely invoices and receivables

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC service, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• HVAC certification preferred
