Essential Job Functions:

• Keep a positive attitude and a smiling charismatic attitude

• Maintain cash board on all transactions.

• Receive payments and maintain accurate records.

• Maintain a professional appearance and keep the work area tidy.

• Assist with clerical duties as requested.

• Calling clients upon completion of vehicle when ready for pick up.

• Maintain and track keys and locations.

• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Computer experience and data entry skills

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to read and write simple instructions, comprehend short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions.

Physical Demands :

• Regularly required to sit and talk or hear.

• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License.
