CORPORATE CONTROLLER
A rapidly growing South Florida contractor specializing in concrete restoration, waterproofing, and commercial renovations is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to join its executive leadership team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a well-established organization experiencing significant growth and backed by a strong leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, banking relationships, and internal controls
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic financial planning
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax regulations, and lender requirements
- Lead and mentor the accounting team while driving process improvements
Qualifications
- CPA required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller experience
- Private equity and construction industry experience preferred
- ERP implementation experience is a plus
