Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14 - $14 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a Packaging Associate:

• Packaging tobacco-free pouches into bags
• Work involves repetitive tasks requiring accurate counting
• Quality control inspections
• Strong attention to detail
• Position demands consistency, focus, and the ability to perform tedious tasks efficiently

Available Shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and focus
• Strong attention to detail for accurate counting and quality control
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying product quantities
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Previous production or packaging experience (preferred, not required)
• Background check and drug screening required
