We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for our Texas properties. This is a temporary assignment (4-5 months). This role will be based out of our Boca Raton, FL office .
What you'll do:
- Develop a creative and robust sourcing strategy for open requisites to attract top talent from across the nation who can contribute to diverse thought
- Source and identify candidates for a high volume of 25+ requisitions at any given time
- Review incoming resumes in our Applicant Tracking System and respond to candidates promptly.
- Build out talent networks and proactively connect with passive and active candidates for complex roles
- Collect competitive intelligence and conduct mappings to understand the hiring landscape
- Conduct thorough Recruiter screenings to make proper candidate assessments and strategic recommendations to Senior Leaders and hiring managers
- Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as the point of contact for all candidates throughout the process (interview prep, communication, status updates, and any miscellaneous questions that arise)
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage the entire interview process
- Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager and provide a consultative partnership regarding talent in the market
- Foster strong relationships with all levels of candidates and understand all requirements of the role
What you'll bring:
- Two years of experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment (Property Management experience would be great)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual in English/Spanish STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Experience with corporate recruiting or talent acquisition
- Ability to cultivate relationships with both candidates and hire Managers
- Must be proactive and driven with a strong work ethic and the desire to build strong teams and organizations from the ground up
- Must have proven success in previous roles and be able to provide metrics and reporting dashboards to upper management
- Analytical, detail-oriented with the ability to solve complex staffing challenges
- Sources and attracts qualified candidates through various channels, including but not limited to the company's applicant tracking system (ATS), job boards, referrals, online searches, and other direct recruitment methods
- Pre-screens candidates based on needs defined by the Hiring Manager; schedules interviews and administers the pre-employment assessment, if applicable
- Maintains detailed records of recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and hires
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with Hiring Managers to understand business and staffing needs
- Participates in local career fairs and new acquisitions by assisting with interviews and paperwork
- Local travel may be required.
- Proficient in computer software, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Knowledge of I-Solve software is a plus.
