Senior Datawarehouse Analyst, Team Lead

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Datawarehouse Analyst, Team Lead in Altamonte Springs, FL. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently organize projects and lead team members through successful implementations
• Lead multiple concurrent projects, tasks, and resources
• Mentor and guide peers; Provide technical and strategic leadership
• Clearly communicate solution alternatives and collaborate effectively across teams
• Contribute to systems developed under SDLC methodologies
• ETL/ELT & Query Tools: Informatica, Toad, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Impala, D-Beaver
• Cloud Environments: Microsoft Azure and Snowflake
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, highly collaborative, and able to build trust across groups

• Performance tuning
• Oracle, Big Data, SQL Server, Azure, and Snowflake

• Working with complex datasets in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of OLAP vs. OLTP design principles
• Reporting Tools: Extensive experience with any enterprise reporting platform

• Strong knowledge of data flows, curation, warehousing, and governance best practices
• Understanding of entity-relationship diagrams and physical database modeling
• Relational Data Structures: Strong foundational understanding of relational theory and practice
• Desire to Learn: Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new tools and technologies
• AI Agentic experience - Snowflake Cortex/Intelligence

• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Athena, or other EMR data models
• Prior work on healthcare analytics or clinical/operational data projects is a plus
