Asset Management Analyst | Temp-to-Perm
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR practical supply chain management experience.
- Core Skills: Solid foundation in supply chain logistics, general accounting concepts, and solid cost-analysis abilities.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort navigating online database systems (MMIS, SharePoint, vendor portals).
- Work Ethic: solid oral and written communication skills, high sense of urgency, sharp attention to detail, and proven ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
- Mindset: An inquisitive, self-motivated nature—eager to ask questions, solve problems, and take full ownership of results.
- Prior experience or general operational knowledge within a hospital setting (e.g., Operating Room, Cath Lab, or Surgery lines).
- Familiarity with general equipment maintenance terminology.
- Pathway to Perm: Temp-to-perm transition for high performers in a stable, essential industry.

education: Bachelors Responsibilities What You’ll Do
- Manage Workflow & Relationships: Serve as a reliable liaison between internal clinical/operational departments, procurement, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Order & Work Queue Management: Review daily work queues and place critical orders by the end of each day based on requisition priority. Track orders to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
- Vendor & Invoice Oversight: Review and negotiate vendor quotes for labor and parts. Audit invoices for accuracy against negotiated rates and clear them for payment within terms.
- Smart Sourcing & Cost Analysis: Evaluate equipment repair histories and perform cost analyses to decide whether to repair or replace assets. Determine whether to source parts via OEMs or third-party vendors to maximize value.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow automation (e.g., EDI integration) and proactively educate internal teams to prevent sourcing and billing errors.
