Remote Technical Customer Support Representative

We are a growing US-based IT and Telecom services provider looking for a dedicated and technically proficient **Remote Technical Customer Support Representative**. This is a fully remote position and we are specifically seeking talented professionals located outside of the United States who possess native-level fluency in English to ensure seamless communication with our US business clients.

**The Role: Your Mission**

You will be the vital first point of contact for our US business customers. This is a full-time, fully remote position, and you will be handling technical support and customer general inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional, prompt, and professional technical assistance for a range of IT and telecom issues.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

• **_Exceptional English Communication Skills (Written & Verbal):_** Must be highly proficient and comfortable speaking with and easily understanding native US English speakers over the phone.

• **_Proven Technical Acumen:_** Demonstrable knowledge and experience in diagnosing and resolving common IT and telecom issues. Experience with an MSP (Managed Service Provider) is a strong plus.

• **_Remote Work Proficiency:_** Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet dedicated workspace, and proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• **_Software Skills:_** Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel for basic documentation and reporting.

• **_Customer Service Excellence:_** A passion for customer satisfaction and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
