Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
• Understand client objectives and promote solutions that utilize our extensive range of promotional products
• Collaborate with suppliers to source the best products that meet client needs
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the promotional products industry
• Prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients
• Track and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI for clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising sector
• Strong understanding of promotional products and their role in effective marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software to manage client information and sales tracking
