WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Call Center Representative II will communicate a broad range of information to assist new students interested in pursuing their educational goals to include contact, admissions, advising and other pertinent information. The Call Center Representative II will receive a high volume of incoming calls from new and current students as well as place outbound financial aid, student record, and admissions calls. This position will provide advanced call center service and act as a team leader.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have A high school diploma or high school equivalency degree supplemented by a minimum of three (3) years of related experience. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have an Associate's degree preferred from an accredited college or university and two (2) years related experience.
