About Us Launch Point Group works with clients to support customer outreach, brand representation, and in-person promotional campaigns. We are currently expanding our Miami team and seeking motivated individuals ready to start immediately. Position Overview We are hiring a Junior Marketing Assistant to support customer outreach initiatives, event activities, and client campaigns. This role focuses on in-person customer interaction and campaign support within a team-driven environment. Key Responsibilities * Assist with promotional campaigns and customer outreach activities * Support event setup and daily campaign operations * Interact directly with customers and provide product/service information * Help maintain organized campaign materials and event spaces * Work closely with team members to meet campaign goals * Participate in ongoing training and development programs Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong communication and customer service skills * Positive attitude and professional demeanor * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Team player with strong work ethic What We Offer * Immediate start available * Paid training * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement * Full-time hours * Supportive and energetic team environment
