Based out of one of the Napleton dealership markets, including Orlando or Chicago, IL. the Automotive Corporate Dealership Controller Trainer is responsible for training, developing, auditing, and assisting Napleton's dealership accounting teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train Controllers and office teams to ensure that corporate policies and procedures are being followed
• Review and audit financial statement and accounting schedules
• Fill in for temporary absences
• Provide support to controllers and office staff
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five+ years of Dealership Office Manager /Controller Multi- Unit/High volume experience is required
• CDK experience is required
• Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
• Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
