.Net Full Stack Tech Lead (Agentic AI)

Job Description:

Experienced Full Stack Tech Lead responsible for driving the design and development of intelligent, agentic AI applications and scalable full-stack solutions using .NET and React.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, APIs, and agentic AI workflows using .NET and React.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performing microservices and AI-enabled backend systems.
• Design and implement agentic AI patterns (LLM orchestration, tool use, RAG, multi-agent workflows, and human-in-the-loop flows).
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, data/ML teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and knowledge sharing across frontend and backend.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality delivery.
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, embeddings, vector stores, MCP/tooling) into production-grade .NET applications.
• Build responsive, performant React frontends that support AI-driven user experiences (chat, copilots, workflow automation, dashboards).
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system reliability concerns across the stack.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate risks and status to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the .NET, React, and agentic AI ecosystem, applying improvements where needed.

Essential Skills:

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude is advantageous.
• Experience in integrating machine learning components is a plus.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and database management will enhance a candidates profile.
• Understanding of best coding practices is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered favorable.
• Proficiency in .NET framework and strong experience with React are essential for this role.
• Candidates must have a solid understanding of both frontend and backend architectures.
• Experience with Azure for cloud deployment is also critical.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills are a must for effective teamwork.
