Executive Pastry Chef
Pastis Miami will features some of the many elements it’s known and loved for. The dining room features a classic curved zinc bar outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors with handwritten daily specials, and mosaic-tiled floors. The expansive space, inclusive of a breathtaking glass-covered patio, will welcome guests to enjoy exceptional French fare in a timeless Parisian brasserie, no matter the weather.
We are currently in search of an Executive Pastry Chef who is passionate about all things desserts with a love for and experience with classic French pastry techniques.

Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive pastry department/kitchen management experience in well-rated, industry leading kitchens
- Influential, team-oriented leadership style with passion for training and development of others
- Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation
- Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
- A solid understanding of all aspects of a Pastry Department operation (ordering, scheduling, production, plating, etc.)
- Strong written and oral communication, and computer skills
