About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll serve as the welcoming face and voice of our company, fostering strong client relationships and delivering an outstanding experience. You’ll handle client communications, monitor satisfaction, collect valuable feedback, and proactively build trust to solidify partnerships. This role includes cold calling, lead nurturing, and converting leads into loyal clients through your enthusiasm and authentic care. You’ll support the scheduling team also by confirming client orders and coordinating with our photographers to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients through regular communication and personalized follow-ups.
•Conduct cold calls to engage potential clients, showcasing our services with confidence and warmth.
•Nurture leads through thoughtful outreach, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
•Drive lead conversion by identifying client needs and aligning them with our offerings.
•Collect and analyze client feedback to improve our services and enhance client satisfaction.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
•Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and a client-first mindset.
Qualifications
•Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or a similar role.
•Exceptional communication skills, with a warm, engaging, and professional phone presence.
•Comfortable with cold calling and confident in lead nurturing and conversion.
•A natural people person with a positive, upbeat attitude that shines through in every interaction.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
•Experience working with international clients is a plus.
•Fluency in English required; additional languages are a bonus!
