Senior FullStack Software Engineer - Tampa Area
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior FullStack Software Engineer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB, with a strong focus on testing and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to drive our projects forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative development environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, GraphQL, NodeJS, and MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a development team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in B2B software systems.
- Experience in the insurance or risk management industry.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
