This position is based in Jacksonville, FL, serving patients in Jacksonville, FL, and surrounding areas.

Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications such as:

• TPN administration
• Chest tubes
• Lab Draws
• IV Therapy/Maintenance
• Wound vacs/wound care
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications:

• Unincumbered Florida Registered Nurse license (required)
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, reliable transportation (required)
• Home health care experience is preferred, but not required

• Schedule: We are hiring one full-tim e RN to fill the following set schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 7 AM to 7 PM. This is a set schedule and does not fluctuate.
• Compensation: These two positions are $38-$40/hour. Additional earning opportunities include Home Health Care visits at a pay-per-visit rate, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on the number of visits you complete.
