Executive Assistant/Office Manager
Our client, a growing investment firm, is hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior leadership in Miami. This role combines high-level executive support with day-to-day office management and plays a key part in keeping the office running smoothly in a fast-paced, professional environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, proactive admin who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys being a true right hand, and brings strong judgment, discretion, and a high-touch service mindset.
Please note this position operates on a 4 days in-office schedule. Relocation support is available.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar management
• Partner closely with senior leadership and serve as a trusted point of support
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a seamless office experience
• Support onboarding and internal coordination
• Maintain a high bar for professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Assist with office logistics, vendors, and operational needs
• Provide backup administrative and operational support as needed
• Handle ad-hoc projects in a fast-moving environment
About You
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager
• Extremely polished and professional with a strong service-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to manage busy calendars and shifting priorities
• Proactive, dependable, and comfortable operating independently
• Flexible, hands-on, and team-oriented
• Someone who takes ownership and is not clock-watching
Compensation & Benefits
• $125,000–$135,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
