Crawford Packaging is seeking a skilled Packaging Service Technician to join our growing U.S. team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, maintain, and repair advanced packaging equipment while providing exceptional service and support to our customers across Florida and beyond. This is a ground floor opportunity with a new location.

What You’ll Do

• Install and commission automatic and semi-automatic packaging systems, including pallet wrappers, shrink, flow wrap, top seal, and bundling equipment.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems at customer sites and in-house.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, and Administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and test equipment for shipment and installation to meet operational and safety standards.
• Complete service reports, mileage logs, and expense submissions on time.
• Train clients on safe and efficient operation of their equipment.
• Travel throughout Florida (and occasionally nationally/internationally) to complete installations and service work.
• Other duties as assigned

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education in Millwright, Electrician Journeyman, or related technical training.
• Proven experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing automated or semi-automated machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related software.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain).
