Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment for all hotel guests.
Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, replenishing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
Restock guest amenities (toiletries, towels, water, etc.) according to hotel standards.
Ensure rooms meet established cleanliness and presentation standards before guest check-in.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
Respond to guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean, orderly condition.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Support housekeeping team in public areas, hallways, and back-of-house cleaning as needed.
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in hospitality preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
A professional, positive, and guest-oriented attitude.
